The old "Locanda AL CENTRALE" inn is today run by Vincenzo LENOCI, Domenico SALOMONE, Lucia D'ADAMO and Monica GRIPPA. It was built in the distant 1860, and first opened its doors as an inn with rooms in 1863. Strategically placed between Lake Garda and Verona, the Hotel Restaurant Pizzeria is set at the foot of Monte Baldo, at the centre of Caprino.
The old Locanda Al Centrale offers PRODUCTS TYPICAL OF PUGLIA/VERONA, PIZZA and Sicilian PASTRY. Our cuisine is simple and tasty, from the “antipasti”, or starters, to the first course of homemade Pasta, and second course of CHIANINA (local white oxen) Florentine steak, Argentinean Sirloin, Chianina Tenderloin and Mixed grill cooked over the large fireplace in the dining room, all accompanied by excellent Veronese and Pugliese wines from the Dolcemorso Cellar ( www.dolcemorso.it )
