The Ristorante al Centrale will gently and tastefully lead you through an ever varied and finely-crafted cuisine, both in the preparation of the dishes and the selection of products: fruit and vegetables are selected fresh each day. Particular care is paid to the preparation of the fresh pasta first courses, sweets, semifreddo desserts, and "foccace" cakes, all homemade with great passion.
The large fireplace in the dining room is lit all year round and is used to prepare char-grilled meat, including the prized CHIANINA (local white oxen) FLORENTINE STEAK, ARGENTINEAN SIRLOIN, lambs chops, mixed grill etc. The old Locanda al Centrale is also a pizzeria and has a wide range of Pizzas on offer.
Hotel guests can choose from the menu of the day, always different and highly crafted, and the à la carte menu with typical Pugliese/Veronese cuisine and match them with fine wines from the local, Pugliese(www.dolcemorso.it) and Lucani vineyards.
